Actually, thinking about it, Singapore is not a food haven in
the sense you can have good grub anywhere, its because there is a
variety of food sold here not found elsewhere
I have seen stalls selling awful char kway teow or hokkien mee
still surviving today
I think SIngaporeans nowadays are just eating anything that they
can find
